Horace Whitlock Oil Company has been blending quality oils for the last 18 years. We have been working with a few chemist to provide our customers with the perfect blend of oils for all their needs. All oils are not the same. Most lubricating oils will start out as a blend of several mineral type oils regardless if they are an oil based, a synthetic, of a synthetic hybrid or blend.  Most of our oils start out as s high quality synthetic oil, then blended with other oils and / or chemicals that will enhance the quality of our specialty oils.
